This poor thing was not (and still isn't) in good shape with it came home. There are very few good roots and the leaves are reflecting that.

Imagine how suprised I was when thing popped open and greeted me when I came home this evening!! great way to end a Monday, right?!!

What a cutie! I have one that should bloom in a year, hopefully sooner! Yours is a tad bigger then mine. The leaves on yours don't look bad from what I can see in the picture. I think it must be at least a little happy to bloom for you!

Hey Dana, I just figured out what your pot is hanging from....how is the Orchidarium going? You'll have to post some updated pics of it!

Donna

What a little gem! I find it to be a real challenge to grow and am encouraged to see yours producing a healthy flower.

Nice. How tall is the growth with the bloom? And how big is the bloom? I just got one of these little cuties and now I'm anxious.

dana,

I think that this little guy is a cutie...and it's nice to see one blooming.

I've had one for just a little more than 2 years now and I still have not seen it bloom. It too was a little rough around the edges when I got it; yet it is still hanging in there and has produced a few decent leaves. Seeing yours gives me hope for mine. Thanks!
