Wow, that's one beautiful flower, Steve. Do you allow your plants of this species to receive a dry, cool (well, cool for Hawaii, that is :-) winter rest, or do they not experience a seasonal dormancy like they do in their native habitat?

Mine are mounted and so get watered all year long everyday. When its cold in the winter it is usually raining so I dont water as often during our wet season but nature takes care of the rest. I will actually be posting pics of an even nicer walkeriana that gets just about full Hawaiian sun all year long. Same conditions for that one.
