Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. here is what I found out about the first plant you've got posted.

It is Sophrocattleya Elizabeth Off (used to be Lc.) x Cattlianthe Porcia (used to be C.). It is an unregistered cross, so there's no hybrid name for it...yet.
