Default Two Rhynchosophrocattleyas...

Here are pics of two of my Rhynchosophrocattleyas (Rsc.), what used to be called Blc.

The first is a relatively new addition to my collection (I got it two weeks ago in spike). It is Rsc. Cruzan Fire.

The second is a large plant I have had in my collection for about 2 years, and which blooms about 3 times a year. It is an unregistered cross: Rsc. Murray Spencer x Rsc.Tribute.

Both plants have amazingly spice scented fragrances. Ahhhh...

It's all a matter of opinion but my first choice would be the first one. Cruzan Fire. A lot of orchids have the lav., purple, blue, cast whereas the first has that warm pink glow. Nice pictures too!

Thanks Everyone for your kind remarks.

Howard and Don...I appreciate your comments on the photos themselves. I have been practicing with new techniques and a new camera that I got last Friday. It's nice to see that it shows.

So David share with just what you are doing and tell us about your new camera....maybe then I could take some nice pics, too!
