Perfectly white variety of this perfumed Laelia. Practically extinct in the wild it once grew where today is the Rio de Janeiro City. I have been hearing that a few plants still survive growing high on inaccessible steep rocks on the famous Sugar Loaf Hill and can be seen in bloom by plane flying low this time of the year.
It's fantastic Mauro...and thanks for sharing with me the secret to the heavenly scent I have in my L. Pulcherrima. My alba one looks very similar to this guy, and even with one open bloom, the entire back end of my shade house is just fantastically scented.
