Default Encyclia oncidioides

South American species, the plants are large and the flower stems very tall with dozens and dozens of small flowers. Very fragrant flowers btw!

Beautiful flowers! I always love it when there is the added bonus of fragrance.

Hi Pamela,
I am really sorry, but I have no experience growing under artificial lights, I mean, it is difficult for me to know what happens to the plant in such a condition. Hopefully someone here on the forum is reading your post and has the required skills to answer your question! Sorry again!

Thanks for trying. I took it out and placed it with my Phals, shady. Repotted it in sphag. moss for now, had it in my first coconut chunks, but it went to mush when it dried. I purchased the real chunks, but had none moist at the time. Looks happier today. Thanks again, Pam
