Default Cattleya leopoldi forma pelorica - Lucky me again!
This is the second seedling that flowered for me from the same sow that gave the albino Cat. leopoldi tri-lips I posted days ago. This one is not albino, but on the other hand, besides the peloric enlarged petals it also has an unusual pink lip that gives the flower a singular beauty! Lucky me again!

Wow, that looks great! I really like the contrasting pink/brown coloration. Congratulations on your double find! Any plans of doing a sib cross of your 2 pelorics?

Yes, Steve, I'm waiting a little to see if I can pick up another peloric albino and then sib cross the two. I have two others in bud which plants are completely green, especially the root tips, and I am crossing fingers to see if at least one of them is also an albino.
