HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Hi, can anybody help with this Cattleya Iricolor, I only have this Cattleya and I don´t know the tricks of the grown...
Someday a black spot apears in one leaf.... and the spot grows... today is the half of the leaf totaly black!!!
I have to cut it??? My plant has a kind of desease and can infect my other CHIDS???
