Default Lc Ann Akagi...no longer a Mystery Cattleya :)

This is one of the original "mystery plants" that my friends and I got from Duncan earlier this year. It is a named plant but he gave them to us without tags...will only tell us what it is once they've bloomed!

I didn't get mine to bloom yet but my friend Linda (catlady) did and she surprised me today by giving me this one! It's just gorgeous!

I have an email in to Duncan for identification but do any of you know what it is?

It's beautful! Do you keep it in full sun like I see in the picture?

I just got it today from my friend...she grows her Catts in her greenhouse, bright indirect light.

It is beautiful Sue! I don't know what it is...but the shape reminds me of a Potinara Clouds Creek 'Heavenly Scent', but the color isn't correct for it. Hmmmmm....

I have no clue what it could be since I don't grow catts, but this one is such a beautiful pale lavender! Your friend has great taste.

I don't know Sue, but I see your beautiful area in the background and know you live in a tropical paradise, and I have my kitchen cookstove going to take the chill off and the leaves are 1" thick all over the grounds outdoors, and it's nippy outside with possible snow happening this coming Tuesday. Do I know your Cattleyea ID? No! But it's beautiful! Do I have a jealous bone in my body right now? Yes!
And I don't want to play this "winter" game that's upon us.
And I can't order any chids until spring now!
Okay, okay, I'm better now. I needed to vent.
Nope, no clue about your gorgeous blooms! but

Looks like maybe a little C. walkeriana influence? Too tall for my first guess, Hmmm...

I just KNOW I've seen this one before!
Hopefully, I'll hear from Duncan with the answer soon
