I am hoping to, I have three of them in bloom right now,
they are beautiful, one of the plants has blooms that are 8 X 8 1/4, they are huge....and yes, they smell grand...

That is absolutely gorgeous and looks pretty huge! This is the first time I've heard of a Dinard. I assume it's a hybrid with cattleya a part of it? What's the rest, please?

Dinard is an old cross, they are had to find these days, But I am lucky to have three, one can now be divided,
The flower is huge, 8 X8 1/4, and smell wonderful.

You and John deserve a for this one. It is beautiful!

I actually had two at one point, but never got to see either of them bloom. I gave one away as a gift to a friend, and the other developed crown rot and died about 2 months later (this was over a year ago). Oh well, at least I get to enjoy yours. Thanks for sharing it with us.

i also never heard of dinard.
its a wonderfull colour. does it have any fragrence, and how big is it?
