Thanks everyone for your kind praise. What amazes me is the hardiness of the flowers. The plant was placed in a display at the Show on Thursday, October 9. The Show opened for three days--Friday through Sunday. Show breakdown was Sunday evening. The plant did not get watered until Monday, October 13. I photographed the flowers on Tuesday, October 14. Even with all the handling, warm conditions at the Show, and no watering for three full days, the flowers held up very well. In fact the flowers are still hanging on in very good condition today (Saturday, October 18).
