Schomburgkias!!!!!!!

Hello!
I just bought 4 Schomurgkias species!!! I am so excited about them, because I've wanted them for a really long time and just never see them. They are waiting for me in the post office as I speak...or type, so I'll get them tomorrow!

now, I have 1 cat hybrid that has been a prolific bloomer and one mini cat species that hasn't. that's about all I have in the catt alliance. Does anyone have some knowledge and experience with these plants? the previous owner told me about what he does, but the more info the better!

I purchased my first Shomburgkia Thomsoniania from E-bay in July. She was promptly delivered to my Central Florida home and arrived in good condition. I chose to mount her on a piece of grapewood with a little sphag, and she is grown in full a.m./early afternoon sun and watered once or twice a day depending on the weather. She began growing almost immediately and so far has developed 2 new pseudos and many wrap around roots. All orchids should be this easy! Enjoy!
