Alright...I'll be the voice of dissent

I repot every orchid I get immediately, doesn't matter whether they're in spike, bud or bloom. I have no idea what conditions any particular grower has or when the plant was last repotted...or what could be lurking underneath

The general consensus is to not repot while they're in bloom but I've saved more plants than I can count by doing what I do right away.
