Just a question though, how large is your collection anyways? I'm really curious!
I grow around 2,000 orchids, Baloney.

What a deep beautiful hue! And the form is really lovely to my eyes too!

How do you take care of so many? It takes me quite a while to water and look after just 100! A couple of hours twice a week.

Well, I think they take me around 20 hours per week more or less!

Don't forget he is retired and with over 25 years of experience he has learned "tricks of the trade" so as to speak. I am sure he has learned techniques to make the job easier as time went on. More importantly I just know it's a labor of love as he really enjoys growing orchids and his collection. I should be so lucky to have that many - blooms 24/7 WOW!!!

Don, I am not sure if you talking about me... but if this is the case I'd like to say that I am not retired. I am only 51 (well, this can be a lot for many people !!!) and have much work to do before retiring !
