Sue,
Yep, it's a very uncommon genus, allied closely to
Epidendrum
(except a bit uglier looking!). The blooms are tiny, possibly smaller than a dime. I didn't detect any fragrance at all, but it sure attracted some pollinator!

Oooh...Yeah, very neat! Looks like someone stuck terete leaves on a Dendro. I think the blooms are quite beautiful. Thanks for sharing this one!
