Default black spot on catt!

i have a catt hybrid called "lake view" (i think.) it had some dry black spots on it i heard it could be a virus i clipped it off and it seems fine, do i need to worry?

Can you post a picture of the black spots? It could just be a fungal blemish and not necessarily a virus. Be sure to sterilize your clippers just in case it is a virus. You don't want to contaminate your other plants by using a contaminated clipper.

thank you sunny. i do put my clippers over a flame before and after i cut, i'll try to get a picture tomorrow.
