Default Cattleya loddigesii var. aquini

This is a seldom seen peloric form of Cattleya loddigesii. The lip patterns in the petals make it very pleasant! Unlike the aquini forms of C. intermedia, this variety fully opens the flowers!

Aren't they awesome, Susanne? In this species the light creamy yellow repeated in the petals give an elegant appearance, don't you think?
