I'd highly recommend keikiroot and keiki grow, they are both available on ebay, they are growth hormones----they may really help revive your plants and give them a fighting chance, I believe the seller is also from FL. I am not affiliated in any way, but I've heard good things, and considering of buying some myself... good luck

Hi Bella,

I've had a couple pieces that have looked worse than yours. They were rescues from my neighbor I kept the worse pieces and I mounted them with some spag and they got misted heavily each day (as long as the spag was dry). Kept them in bright lighted area but no direct sun . It has taken a while but I didn't give up and at least one now has a sheath It was a choice of mount or the trash. The others that I have lost roots have all been mounted and are coming back. I've lost 1 so far using this method. You might try using KLN to soak the pieces before mounting and then spray each day with the KLN. Maybe add a little fertilizer to the bottle, the saying less is more might help. The piece with the little roots showing should do fine.

If you need some help with mounting ideas let me know. I can take some closeup pics for you too

Don't take off any of the psudobulbs that are left since the rest of the plant will live off it while the new growth gets going. When the old bulbs turn brown then trim off.
