Default C. intermedia
This is C. intermedia flamea 'Petala Larga' x C. intermedia orlata 'Real'. It started out pretty white, but now that it's been open for a few days, it's getting a really rosy hue to it.

Mine seems to like to put out new growths and roots, but notta on the flowers Wish it would see yours and wake up! Nice plant and flowers.
