I mean it stays small but grows like weed. if it's to big for you you can always divide it and share it with someone else.

Thanks !!!! Not the one that I purchased but they did have one in bloom. I didn't get that one because I rather wait to get a new bloom from mine but has 2 new psb almost fully grown that should porduce a sheat afterwards.

Ross, I'm not sure what defines a mini, but mine is in a 6 inch round basket, but still has some room in there to expand. The longest pseudobulb (?) is 12 inches from base to tip. It now has about 20 bulbs counting old and new growth. Like I said it almost doubled in 6 months. I am really looking forward to the next bloom!

Thanks, Susie. Not really a mini - more of a compact grower.

Suziep- I know we must have a different clone as mine when the flower first opens is a rose in color then after a few days turns a pretty mellow yellow and stays that way until blooms drop. Freckles yes, but mine doesn't turn to a near white.

Don, it must be. I don't remember any rose tint to it at all. Just a light yellow that gets lighter with time. Freckles don't fade. Here are a couple pics from Jan-Feb with the flowers already fading. The second one is with flash and you can't see any yellow at all (overexposed). That plant is twice as big now! Growing very fast!
