Dana that's spectacular! Great color and fragrant? What more could one ask for?
I have a Chocolate Drop that has formed a sheath. I'm patiently waiting for it to do something. NOT! Anybody know what the bloom season(s) on these guys are? I'm hoping for a fall bloom.

Terri, my C Chocolate Drop bloomed on 12/7 last year...and it's in sheath now too! I see the very beginnings of a bud forming in it.
Thank you Kim and Quiltergal and everyone else that has shared your enthusiasm (sp?) with me!
Sue, I am totally thrilled and yes, I'm on but at the risk of sounding squishy...if it hadn't been for everyone on this board, and of the support and advice (as well as the encouragement) I would've never been able to grow these as successfully as I have...I still have a TON to learn but I've been blessed by the Orchid Gods .... or Godesses as the case maybe
Dana, you're not the only one...I think we can honestly say that everybody who participates on this board...and those lurkers (come on in folks )...has learned something that they didn't previously know.
Dana, I'll second that "squishy" sentiment! A year ago I could barely tell what the different genre were. Now with the kind help from all the experts and novices alike here on OB I feel like I'm having some success blooming my plants. Many, many thanks!!!
Sue, thanks for the info! Yay a Christmas bloomer!!! Does yours bloom more than once a year? (sorry for the thread hijack Dana)
