Default Brassavola sp. 'Mickey Mouse'

First bloom for me, but not first for this plant. Got it from Andy's and he feels it's possibly a new species. I've not seen the markings on the throats of other Brassavola (to my recollection.) Thanks for looking.

A real beaut, wasn't it? 5" rain here. All the electric downtown was out this am including to stop lights. Real fun.

Compared to most I have seen, yes. I have 4-5 more on various mounts as well.

Thats a really cool little plant. I wonder if Andy will send it off to be "genetically tested"? It would really nice to know if its a hybrid, new species or mini variant of a known species. Good looking flowers too!

It's supposed to be at night. I haven't stayed up late enough to know for sure, but nothing during day.
