Default New chids at my house

I was lucky enough to have a friend give me these new chids and they even had spikes with buds. That was last Wednesday. Yesterday they were in bloom when I returned from out of town. Surprise, surprise, surprise
1st Bc Maikai
2nd Lc Purpurata 'Schusteriana' x Lc Lovenot 'H & R'
3rd Blc Melinda Wheeler x C Aclaidiae

Beautiful plants! Who doesn't like Bc. Makai? It's such a great plant. I've had one on my list for a long time. That last one is stunning! I love the color.

They look beautiful. I have a BC Maikai and when it's in flower it smells great.

Nice blooms, nice friend! I love having plants that I can connect to a friend or someone from my past. Every time certain plants bloom for me, I'll think about that friend and the circumstances behind the gift. Although, I usually have to wait at least a season or two. (jealous)

Thanks for sharing,

Can I be a friend too? I like number 3. I have BC Maikai 'Louise' which I think is more lavender. Mine was a gift from a friend also.......maybe this one was meant for sharing, eh?
