Default Epidendrum longirepens

I am curious if anyone has tips for this one or experience caring for it? I have had this for a while—it has grown new roots but looks pretty much the same. Any suggestions?

Oh wow, what a nice healthy looking plant. I have no idea about blooming this one, but I love how it looks thus far.
