Epidendrum stamfordianum random yellow flowers
Default Epidendrum stamfordianum random yellow flowers
Hi guys, I have this Epi. stamfordianum in bloom for two weeks. Amongst the classic flowers, there is this yellowish one. It has always been of this colour, since the very first day It bloomed. Is there anyone can tell me the reason why?

You might have two plants in the pot. Or are you certain the same stem has both flowers?

Hi, and thank you. No, it's on the very same stem and I am sure the plant is just one. I don't know what to think : temps? Fertilization? Or maybe just a variation in genetics.
