In general, orchids need only a little fertilizer since they grow slowly. 50 ppm N once a week, or even a little less, should be sufficient. Fertilizer is the least important of the cultural factors. Your plant looks healthy, I suspect it just needs a bit more time to mature. Maybe a bit more light.
