Default Rhynchobrassoleya Copper Queen 'Exotic Ripper'

Color change after 16 days. This hybrid is well known for it's color change.
You are looking at the same flower in both pictures.

Rhynchobrassoleya Copper Queen 'Exotic Ripper' Male

A true classic and still one of my favorites. Mine starts out a very dark cherry color and fades to a beautiful cream with the Toshie stripes and faint pink undertones.

The colors in the first photo seem a bit muddy to me, but I love the flower after the color change. Very nice!

I agree. The buds were a beautiful dark purple-ish and glossy. Whey the buds openend I was kind of disappointed. The color from the buds faded.

I like however the end result. Maybe it will get even more yellow, currently it's like a sunflower yellow.[COLOR="Silver"]

I'm realizing just how washed out the pics come out - I posted two pictures a week apart here on this thread. The second shows the striping, but it changed again to a cream color before fading.

Thank you. I agree, I reality they look better. That purple is a very hard to get right in a picture.
