Lc. Mini Purple var. coerulea
Mini purple has been popular for a long time, especially the blue version. The plant i have is not a special clone of this cross, but it is able to bloom 2-3 times a year.
Among the blue Mini purple, the ‘Blue Pacific’ seems to be another must –have, but here it is still a high-priced clone.

Nice one, pheli. Two to three times a year would make it special to a lot of us!

Beautiful form
Is there a faint speckling to the sepals, petals and lip?
or is it just my eyes

Dorothy - I don't think there is speckling on sepals/petals. But there appears to be small spots on them that I think is from lack of enough circulation. Phals are great for having black spots when circulation is not up to par. Guess we will have to wait to see what Pheli has to say. Maybe we both need glasses..heehee

I meant as spots of pigmentation (a possible genetic characteristic) .. as opposed to translucence to the coloration due to some environmental cause.
Otherwise I might need to clean off my glasses or wipe the sand out of my eyes

Dorothy and Don Perusse,
There are fungal infected spots and also some dust on the flower.
The fugal infection is due to our recent humid and hot weather.
