Variegated Encyclia?
So I have an odd looking seedling in a plug tray of Encyclia pyriformis that I am growing out from flask. It sure looks like it is variegated. Waiting for the next growth to see if it is also variegated. If it is then it’s a keeper for growing up to maturity. If it does have variegated leaves when it gets big enough, if it grows well and blooms well enough my next step would be to see if the variegation is expressed in mericlones.
My questions are have you ever seen a variegated Encyclia? Does this look like a genetic expression of Variegation? All of its siblings look normal, and it appears to be growing well.
