Default Cattleya tigrina

I can take absolutely no credit for the blooms, as the plant arrived with the beautiful spike of ten flowers. Oddly, they smell much better from a distance of, say, 10 to 15 feet, rather than up close, where the rather complex fragrance turns from clove-like to something more along the lines of burnt plastic (just my opinion).

Where did you get a plant that big?? Did you get it from another grower?

Really beautiful. You don't need to apologize to your friends about your sense of smell.

Yes, a commercial grower in Hawaii.
