I looked the ancestry up at Orchidroots.com. It has almost 30% Cattleya dowiana, 25% Brassavola nodosa and 25% Cattleya (Laelia) millerii. Both its parents are considered easy to grow. I would grow it warm. Other than that, Catts. prefer to get dry between waterings when not growing, but are better kept at least somewhat moist when making new growth. Catts. use a lot more water than Phals. Catts. are mostly high light orchids, but high light is in order whenever there is a lot of Brassavola nodosa in the ancestry.
