I have attached pictures. Would appreciate any comments. Is this normal or do I have a problem.

What light is it getting? That could be sun or heat damage.

Is it close to a cold window? This could also be cold damage.

Hard to tell f rom the photo for certain, but that looks like an older growth (that has bloomed). The new growth above ot seemed to be fully green. It could be thatr it is just getting ready to shed the leaves on old growth.
