They do ramble, I think sometime in the next year or 2 I will need to cut the leads and rearrange them closer together or mound them somehow.
I had it potted at first but it didn't do well for me until i mounted it. Even then I had the mount in a smaller bonsai pot. Here is a photo now and the original set up from 2019.

Blooms are beautiful...

I like the bonsai pot idea, I am doing similar for my Brassivolla Nodosa, not exactly bonsai pot but I have mount sitting on lava rock and the water is in the reservoir with a wicking thread, but I would like to try a bonsai pot.

Nice order. Did you order recently? Shouldn't be bad to use the cheapest shipping right now. Doesn't take long to ship from No. to So. CA and weather not frigid.

I like Kyoguchi and have a few crosses but want just a Kyoguchi. However I prefer blooming size. I keep hoping that Fred Clarke will offer a pure Kyoguchi so I can pick one up at the SVO open house.

James
Beautifully grown lundii.

I ordered on Jan 18th and I received it on Jan 24th, precisely they shipped on Jan 22nd, and the cheap option did work for me.

TIA

I have three. Two came in an order together as one plant, but had next to nothing for roots. I contacted the vendor and received a new plant that is potted in medium bark. It is the one that is blooming now. The other two I placed in ICU in a modified sphag n bag. A new root has appeared on one, and a new growth on the other. The one with the root got mounted today on cork with a covering of moss over the root area. It gets plenty of air flow from fans in the tent, so it will dry out relatively quickly. I water mounts daily.
I will keep you informed as to how it does.
