It took me years to find an original division of this famous classic with reliable provenance and yet not exorbitantly priced. Awarded its AM way back in 1975 and also has a few cultural awards along the way. Best of all it seems to make two growths a season which bloom in succession in the fall. This is the first growth.

Mine is in bud now, probably to bloom in the next two weeks or so! If you really want one of these, they are currently available at Odom's and Waldor, two nurseries I highly recommend. I think the ones at Waldor are F1 clones.
