I've seen a few others post their versions on here so I thought I would share mine. Steven Christofferson really has gotten this color form out there! I bought this as a division 3 years ago and it has bloomed faithfully every year. This is the first three blooms and it has 6-8 more buds on the way. These are the nicest and biggest blooms it has produced for me so far.

Another interesting thing- since I have the tags for when it bloomed from the original owner I have noticed that in my care it has bloomed one month later each year. First year it bloomed in June, last year it bloomed in July and this year it is blooming in August. Any idea whats going on here ??

Oh wow, I love those colors! Really cool!

What are the parent names for this one? I've noticed he uses a lot of suspected hybrids in his line breeding, which may cause odd blooming times.

The parents are Llamarada x Valerio # 7 ... the previous two times the division/plant has bloomed prior to my care were both in April. I'm thinking its because of my LEDs or some other cultural practice because my Cattleya tigrina and Cattleya violacea are just starting their summer growths but it being a suspected hybrid would also explain it. It does look vaguely like the suspect C. luddemaniana 'Cerro Verde' clone

Ah, growing under lights can certainly cause oddly timed blooms. Might be worthwhile to poke around and see if you can figure out the origin of those parents anyway! I'm not familiar with either of them.
