Ctt. Loog Tone 'African Beauty'
I haven't been successful yet getting my hands on a treasured primary hybrid => Ctt. Chocolate Drop (C. guttata x Guaranthe aurantiaca). However, I'm in love with this hybrid that has Chocoloate Drop in its lineage => Ctt. Loog Tone 'African Beauty'. This beauty is a cross between Ctt. Netrasiri Doll × Cattleya Thospol Spot.
Four gorgeous, waxy, deep red/magenta blooms opened up this week. They are fragrant, too. Enjoy!

Very nice! Chocolate Drop hybrids are some of the best
Nat's orchids has em. Just got my hands on one after a long search. Very pleased with the size and health of the plant I received.

Thank you so much, Clawhammer! You are surely a lifesaver. I checked out Natt's Orchids and found Ctt. Chocolate Drop. YAY! I've never ordered an orchid so fast in all my life. Cross you fingers for me on this first order

Ctt. Tutankhamen is a beautiful hybrid. I'm on the waiting list for one from Palmer Orchids
I also have Rth. Chocoberry Fondue (Rlc. Ryo Iwata x Ctt. Chocolate Drop). Are you familiar with that one? Mine is currently in sheath. I'll make sure to share pics of those blooms when they appear. The flowers should be stunning.

Yes, there are a plethora of Chocolate Drop children out there. Unfortunately for me, many of them (including the hybrids you mentioned) are currently out of stock. So, I'm on several wait lists for them and others.
On the brighter side, in about a week or so, I'll be adding the actual primary hybrid parent to my collection. Can't wait!
