Good work! That looks great! I have a very large nodosa hybrid in a wooden basket with large wood chips as a media, hanging on the side of my house. Thats the type of thing I was thinking for your largest piece. It kinda combines the best of mounting with potting. I also really like what you've done with that tree fern (I think) mount. Looks great!

Finally done. 3 pieces are already headed to a new home (bareroot) 1 nice piece left waiting for a phone call. Here are of the rest. Lots of room but not so deep in the basket with treefirn, charcoal, hydroton mix so it can be watered more often esp with the summer rains here. The others can be watered everyday since they are mounted on cork and will have a chance to put down some better roots. Once the cork/ baskets get going I may trade if they look good. Thanks for all the info and suggestions. Let me know if anyone needs a B Nodosa.

I pretty much left the big piece intact. Took off a small part of it and added it to the front part of my basket. I'll try to get a better shot of the basket.

Well done! Those mounts look great, and I think tee fern was a good choice for FL. You've got it way under control. I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the pics.

Wow--fabulous! Love the tree fern basket. When they are all blooming, you are going to be hypnotized by the beautiful scent.

Looks like the advice given served you well. Nice job in the break-up. I like the tree fern basket. I was given a piece worse than any I saw in your pics. Planted in tree fern with clay pot and doing terrific after 6 months or so. Now I am looking for the "ladies" to appear.
