the krull smith link doesnt say but since they posted a pic of "the flower", I would have to say a clone.
Seed grown they seem to always tell you "Variable flowers" and Divisions are usually more expensive plants to own.
Im vote for clone

The easiest way to see that it’s not from a group of seedlings is the fact that it has a clonal name. If you’ve got the hybrid name followed by the ‘clonal name’ between apostrophes (?), it’s either a clone or a division.
This particular plant is a clone.
