Very pretty blooms. The lip coloration and veining pattern is especially attractive.

This post along with a few others led me to snag a mossiae coerulea seedling from the second release SVO list. Absolutely lovely flowers, and I especially love the waterfall lip pattern!

Art Chadwick Jr. spoke to our society in April on the unifoliate Cattleya species. Since we were his last stop our society bought the last few unsold plants, and silent auctioned them at our May meeting. The bid card said I was bidding on a C. mossiae semi-alba, but when I got home I found out it's a coerulea. I'm still pleased.
