this is the 'rubra' version of violacea, selfed.
I previously had a tipo (standard) violacea that was nice but nothing compared to this.
Got this from a local OS member after I saw it on bloom table at meeting and was stunned. Asked for a division to purchase if/when the opportunity came and a few months later a division became available. A year later and after spending some portion of winter in north FLA in my garage away from sub freezing temps, new growth started to grow and then buds and here if the finished product....
