Default Cattleya Blc. - Black Spots

[Apologies, I meant to post this under "Pests & Diseases "]

Can anyone help in identifying what these black spots are on my Cattleya Blc? The bulb is about 10 months old. The black spots on the leaves started to appear within the last week. I'm not sure if it's too much light or a fungus problem. Any advice is appreciated, thank you!

Light type: 2 x Barrina T8 (24w) Full Spectrum (48 watts total per shelf)
Light height: 8-10" above leaf
Light time: 8hrs per day
Water: Once a week, soak 30min, drain.
Potting Medium: Bark, Moss, Perlite
Temperature: 68 Fahrenheit / 20 Celsius
Humidity: 40-50%
Fertilizer: Once every 2-3 months

My guess would be acidovorax (pseudomonas) infection.

I'd break out a copper-based treatment.

Thank you Ray. Should I also remove the infected leaves or just treat the infected areas with the Liquid Copper Fungicide?
