bloom sheaths but no blooms?

Hi!
January 2020 I purchased this little orchid! It bloomed a second time late 2020/early 2021. Late 2021 and early 2022 it grew multiple sheaths which simply dried out and didn't bloom. The plant appears to be doing this again, it has 5 sheaths, all which appear very thin - see picture which shows two of these five, and excuse the dust. Is this normal behavior, or maybe I'm doing something wrong?
