This is the second of the two spikes. I think the blooms on the first spike are better than those on the second. Maybe this is because the blooms on the first spike were from last year's growth, which formed a sheath in the summer of 2021 but didn't flower until a year later (and this is proof that you should never remove a green sheath on an older growth). The scent is very strong for a plant that's a bit of a runt.
