Default Lc. Nice Holiday 'Suntopia" repotting advice

Hello all! I have a Lc. Nice Holiday "Suntopia" on my shelf. I know you are supposed to wait until you see new growth on the plant. I see 1 root growing, but I have recently had 1 leaf open up and have a second working on growing. I really want to repot it but only if it's the appropriate time to do so. I saw a snail in it (which I quickly grabbed it and disposed of it) and I have some other type of plant trying to grow up in it. What do you all think? Thanks for your time!!!

Repot now (tonight or tomorrow - the root is getting longish.) Take out of pot and shake off as much old medium as you can. Repot into new medium.

Where there's one snail there are more. Use coffee to kill them. Water the plant in new medium with water so the medium and roots are thoroughly soaked. Water with cooled strong coffee so the medium is saturated with coffee. Let sit an hour and water again with plain water to rinse out the coffee.
