I think this should be Cattleya mossiae semialba pincelada. The pincelada refers to the short dash of color at the tips of the ventral sepals, as though a paint brush did a quick stab. It is overall a semialba. Pincelada is not a cultivar name, just a description of the color variation, so it is not put in between apostrophes.
