Actually, kerrii is a pretty small plant compared to loddigesii and harrisoniana! All three certainly appear to be closely related though!

They do well with low light, so growing them like standard Catts may be too much. Also, they like high humidity.

My plant is only 6" tall, but they mature about double that.

After saying they are seldom seen for sale, I see that there are two C. kerrii for sale on eBay.

This plant goes over very well at our place, in part because it shares its name with my wife.

I assumed it was the low humidity that was the biggest issue for me. My current plant actually had a massive mealy attack that took it down really quickly. I haven’t seen that on a Cattleya before, so I think I’ve given up on this species! Will have to enjoy yours instead!
