Default First blooming on C. intermedia (?) alba "Penn Valley"

Here are the first blooms on C. intermedia (?) alba "Penn Valley". The flowers are a nice size and a lovely white with some yellow blushing. The plant is quite large... probably my tallest cattleya now - only dwarfed by the brazillian laelias. No fragrance yet...

I grow it indoors, under lights, in large bark. Vigorous plant.

Very nice formed indeed. And very nice colours Jeff. The natural arrangement of the three flowers is so nice too.

Sure looks like an intermedia hybrid but I wouldn't care - those blooms are beautiful to me!
