That is so similar to mine they must be closely related. I hope these blooms last 6 weeks. I do enjoy getting up in the morning and seeing them when the lights come on.

They are definitely closely related - Brassavola nodosa is really dominant in both.

Does yours have much of a scent? This one is light and floral during the day. I don't notice anything after the light goes out.

Mine is nicely fragrant, mostly by day. It has a bit of evening fragrance as well.

The flowers are starting to fail. I can't believe it's been 7 weeks since they opened! If they last another week a I'll be surprised. A big thanks to Roberta for all the encouragement and "patience" talk!
