My two C. warscewiczii look great. The tipo variety I got 2 years ago I'm expecting to bloom this summer. He has certainly collected some really good genetics- all of these have really strong rooting behavior and resilience.

@Clawhammer: Nicely done!! I like species as well. I noticed you have SVO 8167 Mini Blue Star from last year, just wondering whether yours has bloomed yet? Mine hasn’t so I’m not sure if it just needs more time to grow out or if I need to give it more light.

Mine also has not bloomed. It has two leads that put out blooming size growths last year with no bloom. 2022 is the year!

I was trying to fix the orientation but turns out there are three plants put together. So I put the two smaller plants in 3” pot. Hoping they all survive.

Late to the party, but I had to post my own SVO order! I got 7 plants; it was really hard to narrow down to only 7 because this newest list was so good!!

2 Laelia Zip
Cattleya warscewiczii semi-alba
Cattleya warscewiczii alba
Cattleya Gaudii coerulea (treated)
Laelia tenebrosa
Pot. Martha Clarke

All have broken new leads and grown new roots since they arrived. Great vigor and health!

I just saw this. I would not have repotted those. They're too small. Fred's plants are in high quality bark when you get them. I don't repot them until they outgrow their containers.

I've learned from that mistake. I did not touch my second SVO orders and left them in their original pots.

Update on the repotting - the two smallest pbulbs I put in 3" pot is actually doing much better than the bigger pbulbs.
