Default Cattleya quadricolor var. semi-alba

This is a sweet perfumed species with tulip shaped flowers, similar to Cattleya trianae. The flower in the photo is a fine one for the species, with round petals and also round lips.

What a remarkable flower, Mauro! It could almost pass for a modern hybrid.

Mauro, another great photo of a beautiful orchid. I look forward to the day mine blooms and I can share the scent with you. I find the fragrance of orchids just as alluring as the orchid it self.
